The Site provides information about ACF and its charitable activities. You may not use it for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, misrepresent your identity, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation or security.
Donations
Donations support ACF’s mission and charitable activities, subject to any accepted donation designation or gift agreement. ACF is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Tax deductibility depends on applicable law and your circumstances; consult your tax adviser. Unless otherwise stated, no goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution.
Online donations are managed through Donorbox and its connected payment processors. Their applicable terms and privacy policies govern their services. By donating, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Programs and Events
Scholarships, grants, events, and other programs may have separate eligibility requirements and terms. Submitting an application or nomination does not guarantee selection, funding, or assistance. Specific program terms govern that program.

Site content is owned by or licensed to ACF or the applicable rights holder. You may view or download materials for personal, noncommercial use. Other use requires permission, except as permitted by law. Names and logos may not be used to imply an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.
Privacy and Third-Party Links
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Third-party websites and services linked from the Site have their own terms and privacy policies. ACF does not control their content or practices.
